Realistic Eating for your Bikini Body

Hey there all you lovely biker babes! I am so happy to be able to share what I know about health, fitness and motivation with you all! Today I want to talk to you about how you are eating. Instead of going on the next fad or strict diet for the New Year why not keep it simple and realistic? Make it something you can stick with for life not just a week or two. Whether you are a street rider or a racer you need to keep your energy and mental clarity up. It is hard to do that when we are constantly yo yo dieting and going with the latest fad. Make sure what ever you do is something you can maintain without torturing yourself. And remember that if you fall of the saddle one day to get right back on the next day. One day of eating bad does not ruin you for ever. It is all about kicking as much ass as possible with the circumstances we are given. Live Full Out!
