July’s ride on July 10th took us through some of San Diego’s fines back roads!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, HAF Industry’s Christmas in July Toy Drive was called off, so we also had to cancel the toy ride. So we re-scheduled the ride to still include a co-ed environment,
Four girls and six guys met at Mira Mesa’s Starbucks at 11:00am, where bike night is held every Thursday night. We rode down through Scripps Poway Parkway to the 67 into Ramona and merged onto the 78 into Escondido and took a short break for fuel, refreshments and bathroom. We continued down Del Dios Highway into Solana Beach, and cruised north up PCH to our destination; Pilot Built (MMA Gym) in Oceanside where we enjoyed a free BBQ, courtesy of Pilot Built’s open house.
The ride went off without a hitch, with no incidents, and we enjoyed the nice, steady pace and the conversation at our breaks!! After the main ride, most of the group went back to Yogi’s in Solana Beach for a snack and more great conversation!!
