Bad Ass Bars!

Hey all you hot biker babes! Today I thought we would go over a quick healthy snack that we can take everywhere and we don’t have to worry about it getting smooched in our back packs. These bad ass bars cover our healthy carbs for energy and our protein for muscle endurance and repair. You can do some other varieties with this like adding fruit or making a banana bread style ones. Play around with it and let me know what your favorite way to make these are. A tip, If you would like them a bit more moist you can add a bit more liquid or some apple sauce.
